Processing Time
- We strive to process all orders within 24 hours.
- You may update your shipping address or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing, and changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the UK. Available options depend on the warehouse your items ship from:
- Economy Shipping (no tracking) – £3.99
- Standard Shipping (no tracking) – from £4.99
- Standard Shipping (with tracking) – £7.99
- Express Shipping (with tracking) – £7.99, available on items shipped from our UK warehouse
- Free Economy Shipping – on orders of £50 or more

Free Shipping
- UK orders of £50 or more ship free with Economy Shipping (no tracking).
- Want tracking? On orders of £50 or more, you can upgrade at checkout to Standard with tracking or, where available, Express for just £1.99.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method you choose and the warehouse your items ship from:
- Economy: 8–12 working days (6–10 working days for items shipped from our UK warehouse)
- Standard: 6–10 working days (4–6 working days for items shipped from our UK warehouse)
- Express: 2–4 working days
A few larger or specialty items ship on their own timelines. The exact estimate for your order is shown at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 4–12 working days, but in some cases (e.g. carrier delays), delivery may take longer.
